► Work to make City a leaner organization, with operational efficiencies the main means of funding new programs, minimizing new taxes/fees, maximizing performance.

► Push for the public to be fully informed of the life-cycle costs and lifestyle consequences of major decision options.

► Drive forward the continuing implementation of the Get YK Clean report to make our city cleaner, neater, more attractive and competitive.

► Push for the implementation of a new employee incentive scheme to better tap staff talent and ideas.

► Work for a Public Market operation to help diversify our economy and boost Tourism.
